"These people are despicable, and should be ashamed of themselves. We got a 60 day notice even though we have a minor and should’ve gotten a 90 day notice then two days later they send us a 24 hour notice that people are going to start coming into the house because they have buyers even though we’ve been respectful renters for over two years and we have an agreement with the property manager and the owner to leave well before their 60 days is up but yet they want to hassle Us with three day to tell us that we don’t have rights to the property even though the month that we paid rent isn’t even over. We are good family that’s taking great care of this property and are being threatened by this realty company. As they mentioned below, they hired a lawyers office that handles evictions to try to give us a three day notice, and evict us, and threaten us with an eviction notice and having On our record, if we do not allow Miracle realty inside the home to violate the privacy of all of us in order for a “potential buyer” to look at the home while we are still living in it . They are bullying us, harassing , and threatening us. I heard the lady on the phone screaming at my fiancé from the layers office, Stating that miracle Realty is in charge here. This is while she was in office her name is Alexandria she works for the attorneys office that they hired to threaten us just because people want to make offers on the home that we are leaving well over 30 days then they’ve asked us to move , left in great condition mind you. I have a very high security Job and work from home and I’ve tried to convey this to them to Create an understanding, Instead, they choose to ignore us, the property manager and the owner that the property manager is speaking on our behalf, and we’ve already had an agreement with them for going to be out within 15 days and they are still trying to push their way into our home and violate the privacy of our family. These people and the eviction lawyers that they hired to bully us are acting like we are not complying with the 60 day notice, and they are acting like we are not trying to move even though we’ve constantly told them that we are on the process of moving, and the house will be empty by the middle of the month. Really sad that there is no consequences for these types of actions.the amount of anxiety and stress That this has caused not only myself, but my son. I could see if we were a family trying not to abide by the 60 day notice but the fact that we found somewhere to live within a week of being told we had to move we should not be hassled like this. It’s quite pathetic, because now miracle Realty is acting like they don’t Have anything to do with this but yet they are still trying to push their way into my home, we Keep receiving notices that they are just gonna keep trying to come in no matter Like, as if we don’t have tenant rights to say NO! Well, guess what now you can wait 14 days to show the house. If somebody would have worked with me and spoke to us like a cordial human being, and not hired the lawyers office to attack us for no reason at all, maybe I would be willing to Take some time off without pay and work with this company so that I was able to help them show the home but instead Tactics and my son and myself. Why should I have to take time out of my workday and pay to help you sell a house that we are being In the most horrible manner possible, even my property manager says that we did not deserve this and he would testify in court for us if anything happened regarding this, because we did not and have not done anything wrong! If you want to respond to this one, and lie that Your company hasn’t been creating and giving us multiple notices for no reason whatsoever I have copies and pictures of every single one. We’ve have gotten four notices in less than one week, BULLYING!"
