TENANT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Government ID or Driver's License
  • Proof of Income- Most current income for one whole month
    • CASH INCOME: NOTARIZED LETTER OR LETTER FROM EMPLOYER WITH THE EMPLOYERS LETTERHEAD THAT INDICATES HOURLY, NET, OR GROSS INCOME, AND LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT
    • SELF EMPLOYMENT: TAX REPORT FILED FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR & AND CURRENT BANK STATEMENTS FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS
    • EMPLOYER INCOME: THE LAST 2 CHECK STUBS (IF PAID EVERY 2 WEEKS), THE LAST 4 CHECK STUBS (IF PAID EVERY WEEK)
  • Two (2) year rental history (complete with landlord/managers name, phone number or email)
  • Credit Report- Soft Pull on Credit 620+ ( No Collections/Delinquencies on Utility billing)

  2. IF YOUR RENTAL HISTORY IS BAD
  3. IF YOU OWE MONEY TO ANY RENTAL PROPERTY
