- CASH INCOME: NOTARIZED LETTER OR LETTER FROM EMPLOYER WITH THE EMPLOYERS LETTERHEAD THAT INDICATES HOURLY, NET, OR GROSS INCOME, AND LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT
- SELF EMPLOYMENT: TAX REPORT FILED FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR & AND CURRENT BANK STATEMENTS FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS
- EMPLOYER INCOME: THE LAST 2 CHECK STUBS (IF PAID EVERY 2 WEEKS), THE LAST 4 CHECK STUBS (IF PAID EVERY WEEK)
- Two (2) year rental history (complete with landlord/managers name, phone number or email)
- Credit Report- Soft Pull on Credit 620+ ( No Collections/Delinquencies on Utility billing)
